摘要
以吉林某化纤集团公司污水处理厂的腈纶废水为对象,通过静态单因素试验考查了生物吸附法预处理腈纶废水的影响因素以及对后续生化处理的影响。试验结果表明:污泥浓度为2.246 g?L-1、吸附时间为40 min、再生时间为6 h的条件下,活性污泥吸附对腈纶废水COD去除率达到26.6%左右,B/C平均值从0.18增高到0.23。
Based on the acrylic fiber wastewater from a sewage treatment plant of Jilin Chemical Fiber Group companies, by the static single factor experiment, the impact factors of biological adsorption for pretreating acrylic wastewater as well as the influence on the subsequent biochemical conduct is researched. The results show that the COD removing rate reaches around 26.6% and the biodegradability of the wastewater is raised from 0.18 to 0.23,when the sludge concentration is 2.246 g/L, adsorption time is 40 min, regeneration time is 6 h.
