摘要
文章利用超声波仪对乳化基质进行破乳实验,对超声波破乳各影响因素进行正交实验,获得最佳的超声波破乳实验参数:超声波功率1260W、作用时间25min、超声波作用温度为10℃、超声波杆端部距基质表面20mm。同时,通过对比高低温循环法测定不同乳化基质的稳定性,说明超声波破乳法测定乳化基质稳定性的可行性。
In the paper demulsification experiments of emulsion matrix was done by an ultrasound machine. An orthogonal experiment of various influencing factors of ultrasonic demulsification was made to get the best ultrasonic demulsification experimental parameters: ultrasonic power was 1260 W, action time was 25 minutes, ultrasonic action temperature was 10 ℃, and ultrasonic rod end was 20 mm from the matrix surface. At the same time, through the comparison for testing the stability of different emulsion matrix by high and low temperature cycle method showed that the feasibility of determine the stability of emulsion matrix by ultrasonic demulsification.
