摘要
没食子酸的生产废水是一类难处理的制药工业废水,其特点是强酸性(pH 1~2)、高色度及高COD(1~3万mg/L).采用自制的活性炭三维电极电化学反应器对没食子酸生产废水进行电催化处理实验研究,以COD为特征污染因子,从而确定相对较优条件.结果表明,在确定粒子电极投加量为30 g,电极极板间距为2 cm时,当支持电解质Na2SO4浓度c=0.10 mol/L,电压12 V,电流44A,停留时间60 min,初始pH为8条件时,该类没食子酸生产废水COD去除可高达86.3%,为后期该类废水生化处理提供必要的条件.
Gallic acid production wastewater is a kind of intractable pharmaceutical industry wastewater due to its strongly acidic (pH 1-2), high salt (NaCl content more than 11 %), high chroma and high COD(10000-30000 mg/L). In the present study, a three-dimensional electrode reactor packed with GAC was designed and used to deal with Gallic acid production wastewater, is characterized by COD pollution factor, thus relatively optimum conditions were determined. Results show that in determining the particle electrode additive amount to 30 g, 2 cm for electrode plate spacing, when the concentration of supporting electrolyte Na2SO4 c = 0.10 mol/L, 12 voltage, current 44 A and the residence time of 60 min, the initial pH is 8 condition, this kind of Gallic acid production wastewater COD removal can be as high as 86.3 %, provide necessary conditions for late for this kind of wastewater biochemical treatment.
