科里奥利质量流量计在兰州某油库的应用及问题分析

摘要 介绍了科里奥利力质量流量计的测量原理,测量管在驱动器的作用下以一定频率振动,当流体流过测量管时将受到科里奥利力的作用,根据设置的两个传感器检测振动的相位差,然后将相位差乘上标定系数即可以测得质量流量。列举和分析了质量流量计在油库应用中所存在的一些问题,提出了在日常维护中所要注意的问题。 Introduces the measuring principle of coriolis force mass flowmeter, sounding pipe under the action of the drive at a certain frequency vibration, when the fluid flows through the measuring tube will be subject to the effect of coriolis force, according to a set of two sensors detect the phase difference of vibration, then phase difference on the calibration coefficient that can measure mass flow. Enumerated and analyzed the mass flowmeter in the oil depot, some existing problems in application is put forward in the routine maintenance should pay attention to the problem.
