摘要 介绍了天然气制乙炔装置现场循环冷却水系统工艺流程,分析了该工艺存在的环保、运行等问题,提出了技术改造的方向。通过流程改造和优化,提高了天然气制乙炔装置的环境友好性,延长装置的运行时间。 The process of circulating cooling water system of an existing acetylene plant bynatural gas partial oxidationis presented in this paper, as well as the analysis of the environmental, operating and other issues existing in the process with pointing out the direction of technological retrofit. Through the transformation and optimization process, can improve the environmental friendly of natural gas acetylene apparatus, prolonging the running time of the device.
