企业环保信用制度是社会信用体系的重要组成部分,市场经济与环境保护的协调发展离不开企业的环保诚信。本文结合上海市环境保护管理工作的实际情况,开展了上海市企业环保信用制度研究,探索制定了企业环保信用信息记录办法和评价标准,为上海市企业环保信用制度的制定、应用和推广提供参考。

Corporate environmental credit system is an important part of the social credit system, coordinated development of market economy and environmental protection is inseparable from the corporate environmental credit. This thesis combines with the actual situation of the environmental management in Shanghai, conducts a study of the environmental credit system in Shanghai and explores the recording methods and evaluation criteria of corporate environmental credit information, which provide a reference for the development, application and promotion of the corporate environmental Credit System in Shanghai.
