可拆卸捆绑式火炬检修

近年来国内炼化企业火炬排放系统越来越多的采用可拆卸捆绑式火炬结构。其优点方便检修维护,可以实现多具火炬中的单个火炬检修,而不影响其他火炬的运行。避免了因单具火炬检修致使企业全部停工的情况发生。但至今为止,该种方式的火炬检修仍然少有尝试。近期进行了一次该种方式火炬的检修。主要内容是在个别火炬在用的工况下,对原有高、低压火炬、酸性火炬进行检修(包括更换火炬头),新安装一具低压火炬。施工采用火炬系统自带卸放设施,在28日内完成全部工程。实际证明采用该结构的火炬系统,在拆卸、安装方面完全可以达到不用全面停用火炬系统的情况下,进行个别火炬的拆安。但在拆安过程中要有详细方案,并不折不扣的执行,否则会酿成不必要的失误及损失。

Construction facilities unloading system at the torch, the whole project shall be completed within 28 days. Proves adopting the structure of the torch system, in terms of disassembly, installation can be achieve without the aid of comprehensive disabled torch system, carries on the individual open flame. But in the process of demolition, to have a detailed plan, and complete, otherwise it will lead to unnecessary mistakes and losses.
