摘要
建立了同时测定防晒产品中7种紫外防晒剂的反相高效液相色谱分析方法.防晒产品用甲醇进行提取,过滤,经DIKMA DIAMONSILC18柱分离,高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)进行定性、定量分析.在优化的实验条件下,7种紫外防晒剂浓度在1.0~1000 mg/L范围内,线性关系良好,方法的回收率均大于86.50%,相对标准偏差小于7.43%.本方法快速准确,适用于防晒产品中紫外防晒剂含量的检测.
A high performance liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of 7 UV absorbers in sunscreen products was developed and evaluated. Sunscreen products were extracted by methanol. The target compound was separated on a DIKMA DIAMONSIL C18 and detected by HPLC-DAD. With the optimized method, the linear plots were obtained between 1.0 and 1000 mg/L with good correlation coefficients. The spiked recoveries of real samples more than 86.50 % with relative standard deviations less than 7.43 %. The method has been proved to be rapid and accurate, and can be used to quantitatively analyze UV filters in sunscreen products.
