Teaching Reform and Practice in Specialized English for Bioengineering

专业英语是高等院校的一门重要课程。针对专业英语教学中存在的一些问题,实施了转变教学目标、组织多层次教学内容、建立五步教学法、理论结合实践、多种考核方式等改革措施。通过对专业英语教学的全方位改革,课堂教学质量得到了明显提高。

Specialized English is one of the important courses in college. Concerning about the problems in Specialized English teaching, several reform measures were performed, such as conversion of teaching objectives, organization of multilayer teaching contents, establishment of five step teaching method, the integration of theory and practice, multiple assessment. Due to the comprehensive reform, the teaching quality in Specialized English was improved significantly.
