摘要
小组合作团队学习是一种符合素质教育思想、新课程理念的教学组织形式。要实现小组合作团队学习机制的持续运转,必须落实六大"要诀":一是教师角色要实现深度转型;二是教学要走向策略化学习;三是教学内涵要走向问题式学习;四是教师将黑板分隔后实现小组化承包;五是多媒体使用要遵循"三适";六是教师要坚持召开三个团队会。只有不断调整教师自己的角色、行为和策略,始终关注六个要诀,才能保障小组合作团队学习机制的科学运行,提高小组合作团队学习质量。
Group cooperative learning is right for quality-oriented education and new curriculum ideas, which could be achieved by six strategies: teachers' roles must be changed deeply; teaching must be strategical; teaching connotation must be problem-oriented; teachers inust divide the blackboard into different sections for groups; the utilization of multimedia must comply with the three-proper principle; and finally teachers must keep up the habit of holding the three-team meetings. Only in this way can the mechanism of group cooperative learning be guaranteed for an effective learning.
