摘要
城镇化是我国现代化建设的必由之路,目前正处于快速发展的阶段。城镇化的进程带来了农村社会文化的悄然变革,也使得农村学校的教学文化逐渐暴露出教师价值观念、思维方式、行为习惯等方面的问题。因此,研究城镇化进程中农村学校教学文化的内涵及特点,形成新的关于教学的思维、价值、行为方面的基本认同,发挥文化育人的作用,将对城镇化进程的顺利推进,具有重大的实践意义。
Urbanization is indispensable in China's modernization, which is now the developing stage. The process of urbanization has brought about changes in rural social cultures, and also reveals some problems with rural schools' teaching cultures such as teachers' values, thinking styles, and behavioral habits. It is, therefore, practically significant for us to conduct research on connotations and features of rural schools' teaching cultures, forming the new general identity, and realizing the role of cultural education.
