摘要
传统意义上的教师进修学校的教师培训功能已经严重滞后于教育发展步伐,集科教研训等功能为一体的新型教师培训平台——县域教师发展中心应运而生,这种功能的转变集中体现在教研员职能的转化。县域教师发展中心教研员的角色主要体现在五个方面:课程价值的传播者,课程实施的指导者,教学改革的推进者,教学研究的组织者,学科团队的建设者。
The traditional functions of teacher training have severely lagged behind modern educational development, so the new platform for teacher training, that is, the county-based teacher development center, which unifies teaching, researching, and training, comes into being with such changes as the roles of teaching-researchers, including five aspects: transmitters of curriculum values, guides of curriculum implementation, facilitators of teaching reform, organizers of teaching research, and constructors of subject teamwork.
