“先学后教,当堂训练”:立足学生素质发展的课堂教学模式

摘要 "先学后教,当堂训练"课堂教学模式不仅对提升学生学业具有重要的作用,对学生全面的素质发展也具有极其重要的意义与价值。它以学习为抓手,以成长为目标,使学生在课堂学习的过程中潜移默化地养成守纪、惜时、耐挫、诚信、创新等素质,为每一个学生的终生发展奠基。 The teaching model of "teaching after learning, in-class training" plays an important role not only in promoting students' achievements, but also in the development of their qualities. This model is based on learning, and regards students' growth as its goal, helping them gradually acquire the qualities of obeying rules, valuing time, perseverance, integrity, and innovation in the process of classroom learning, and laying a foundation for every student's lifelong development.
