棒材多线切分冷床齐头装置的优化改进

摘要 轧钢厂三棒建成投产后,实施了中12mm热轧带肋钢筋Ⅳ线切分工艺技术的开发。在生产过程中,成品在冷床上齐头不整齐,在成品定尺剪切过程中,产生的短尺多,造成成材率低,同时因处理短尺、齐头过程产生的工艺故障,造成大量时间耽误,影响了轧机小时产量的发挥。通过对冷床齐头装置的改进,使成品在冷床上齐头整齐,使成材率由原来的94.8%提高到97.2%以上,冷床作业率由原来的58.9%提高到72%以上,保证以φ12mm热轧带肋钢筋Ⅳ线切分为主的日产量由原来的1800吨左右达到2500吨以上。 After No.3 bar wiling line was built and put into use, development of four-slitting rolling technology for φ12mm hot rolled ribbed bar was carried out. In the production process, steel bar was not aligned in order in cooling bed. During bar's cutting to length, a lot of short length bar arose so that yield of length-satisfied bar was low. Moreover, treatment of short length bar and fault in baraligned process cost much time so as to decrease yield of rolling line. With improvement of sizebridges roller-way in cooling bed, bar was aligned in order, yield of length-satisfied bar increased from 94.8% to more than 97.2%, operation rate of cooling bed increased from 58.9% to more than 72%, daily output of φ12mm hot roUed ribbed bar mainly produced by four-slitting roiling technology increased from 1800t to more than 2500t.
