摘要 400吨回转窑煤改气之后窑尾转运溜槽粉尘外溢导致职工的工作环境受到污染。本文主要通过计算回转窑的废气量,改造回转窑窑尾转运溜槽通风截面积来实现降低通风阻力损失,使回转窑达到微负压工作,解决窑尾粉尘外溢情况,消除环境污染,确保职工有一个良好的工作环境。 As dust out from transfer chute in the roar of 400t rotary kiln polluted working environment after fuel change from coal to coal gas. In this article, by calculating volume of waste gas from the rotary kiln, we expanded section area of the transfer chute to reduce ventilation resistance so that we made the pressure in rotary kiln be a little less than atmospheric pressure to prevent dust from the kiln roar and eliminated environmental pollution and ensured that workers have a good working environment.
