降低90m^2烧结机返矿率的探索及实践效果

摘要 根据国家产业政策的要求,进一步淘汰落后工艺、设备,从而达到节能减排的目的。小河公司烧结生产的返矿率一直居高不下,为了适应当前市场规律,必须要努力攻关。通过对影响小河公司90m^2烧结机烧结返矿率的因素进行分析,从优化配社、强化制粒和造球、合理调整七辊布料器的角度、合理提高料层厚度、适当提高点火温度、对烧结机本体设备进行堵漏风等几个方面着手,通过两年的生产实践,使烧结返矿率从2011年的20.08%降到了2013年的13%。 According to requirements of national industrial policy, outmoded production processes and equipment were abandoned so as to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. Ore returning rate of sintering machine in Xiaohe Company kept high at all times. In order to make Xiaohe Company meet market discipline, we strived to reduce the ore returning rate. By analyzing factors influencing the ore returning rate, optimizing charge, strengthening ore-pelletizing, adjusting angle of seven-roller charge distributor, thickening bed of material, enhancing ignition temperature and blocking air leakage of sintering machine body, we reduced the ore returning rate from 20.08% in 2011 to 13% in 2013 during 2 years of production practice.
