摘要
自动分拣与传统手工分拣相比具有效率高,差错率低,分拣点多,作业无人化等优势,自动分拣装置的控制单元是分拣装置的核心.采用可编程控制器作为分拣装置的控制单元,其适配的输出端口或输出模块可直接驱动执行元件,无需用户自制驱动电路,分拣控制程序编制简单,易于修改,且支持上位机管理.因此,本研究设计并实现了一种以可编程控制器为控制单元的推块式自动分拣装置,实现对铁、铝、蓝色塑料块及白色塑料块4种物料的自动分拣.
Automatic sorting compared with traditional manual sorting with high efficiency,low error rate,more sorting points,operating unmanned advantages.Automatic sorting control unit of the device is the core of the sorting device.Using the programmable controller as a control unit of the sorting device,the output port adapted to output module or the actuator can be driven directly,without the user self-driving circuit,sorting control programming is simple and easy to modify,and supports host computer management.Therefore,we have designed and implemented a programmable controller for the push-block unit controls the automatic sorting device,to achieve the iron,aluminum,blue plastic blocks and white plastic blocks of four material automatic sorting.
