Fas、Survivin、PCNA、Ki-67在胎盘绒毛滋养细胞生存活性评价中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,随着胎盘免疫学、胎盘病理学的发展,人们逐渐认识到胎盘的免疫保护是妊娠得以建立和维持的机制之一,这种机制的形成是以胎盘滋养细胞的正常发育为基础[1]。正常早孕绒毛滋养细胞迅速增生,并分化为内外两层,其中内层的细胞滋养细胞分裂活跃,核内DNA合成旺盛[2]。与此同时,部分滋养细胞发生凋亡。增殖和凋亡活性的对比,决定了滋养细胞的生存活性。细胞增殖活性降低或细胞凋亡能力增强,可能导致自然流产;
