高频超声在婴幼儿髋关节发育不良早期筛查及随访中应用

Value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of developmental dysplasia of the Hip

目的探讨高频超声在新生儿及小婴儿髋关节DDH筛查、诊疗中的实用价值。方法超声检查424例年龄在出生后2天～生后100天的新生儿及小婴儿髋关节，应用Graf法测量α、β角。结果424例新生儿及小婴儿，共检查髋关节848个。其中髋关节不稳定12例；髋关节发育不良3例。出生30-100天复查结果；髋关节不稳定的12例中，有9例复查恢复正常；3个髋关节转为髋关节发育不良；髋关节发育不良的3例转化为髋关节趋于稳定。结论高频超声能够对婴幼儿髋关节发育不良进行早期筛查并追踪随访，具有重要临床应用价值。

Conclusion： High-frequency ultrasound can of infant hip dysplasia and followed up for early screening has important clinical value.
