当前,社会上渐起的对大学的怀旧之风,恰表明高等教育正处于改革的攻坚期和深水区。大学的发展既不能无视社会需求,也要与社会保持边界。应综合考虑大学的社会性、独立性、公益性、多样性、专业性五方面内容。同时,要坚信大学可以引领社会文化,先从自身的制度文化做起,回归教育本质,完善内部治理结构,着力营造良好的学术生态环境。

The university should keep a certain distance from society while it responds to the needs of the market.
