摘要
高校协同创新会面对成员之间、分支机构之间的冲突以及成员追求多样化报偿的潜在冲突。当冲突发生后,可能会产生消极的后果,也可能会产生积极的后果。通过正视冲突的功能,协同组织便能够不断调整内部机制以实现效能最大限度发挥的目标。
Collaborative innovation of universities is faced with the conflicts among members and bran ches and the potential conflicts of their pursuit of diversified rewards. When conflicts happen, it seems that not only negative effects but also positive effects will turn up. By facing up to the functions of conflicts, the organizations of collaborative innovation can adjust their internal mechanism to achieve greatest efficacy.
