摘要
喷煤制粉在线检测煤粉水份并参与控制在国内非常少见,梅钢4#高炉的煤粉水份控制是以SWR微波固体水份仪M-Sens为检测元件,以此作为温度闭环控制条件,达到精确控制煤粉水份的目的。重点阐述水份仪系统的组成、工作原理,和这套系统实际使用过程中遇到的问题及解决方法,以及如何通过煤粉水份检测来实现高炉煤粉水份的稳定控制。
Pulverized coal pulverizing on.line detection of moisture and participate in the control is very rare inthe domestic market,4# blast furnace of MeiGang coal moisture control is SWR microwave moisture meter M.Sens asdetecting element,as temperature closed loop control,to achieve the purpose of precise control of coal moisture. Thecomposition of water meter system,working principle,and the actual problems and solutions in the using course of thesystem were mainly expounded,as well as how we through coal moisture detection to realize the stability of the blastfurnace pulverized coal moisture control.
