提出一种计量装置错接线远程诊断方法,远程采集公用配变计量装置同一时刻状态字及三相电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率数据生成相量图,分析相量图可对公用配变计量装置常见的错误接线进行快速准确判断。精确预判可降低现场作业人员技能要求,准确安排现场具体工作,省去现场检查分析故障的过程,提高故障处理效率,为台区供电质量监控提供准确数据。

The paper proposed a wrong wiring diagnosis method of remote metering device, which remote captured utility distribution transformer metering device status word at a time and three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactivepower genera- tion phase diagram. The utility distribution transformer metering device common errors are judged by analyzing phase diagram. It will reduce on-site operations personnel skill requirements , accu- rately arrange site-specific work, eliminate the need for on-site in- spection process failure analysis , improve the efficiency of trou- bles hooting and provide accurate data for the power quality monitoring station area.
