摘要
本文介绍了8LA250Z-1柴油机研制过程中进排气系统设计和涡轮增压器的匹配工作。在进排气系统设计和增压器选配的计算中对柴油机高低工况的性能进行了细致的分析。样机试验证明,设计阶段所提出的方案合理,柴油机达到了预期的性能指标。
This paper introduces the design of inlet and exhaust system of 8LA250Z-1 medium speed diesel engine andmatching of turbocharger carried out through simulation and test. In the simulation process, both high load and low loadperformances of the engine are considered. Test results show that the design plans are appropriate and the engine is capableof fulfilling expected performance targets.
