摘要
泥水盾构刀具磨损受诸多因素的影响,文章在磨损基本理论的基础上,总结得出泥水盾构刀具的磨损类型及磨损过程的3个阶段,并用ABAQUS软件对磨损过程进行了模拟计算,计算分析了不同地层条件、刀具组合配置、刀具材料选择、刀具设计与制造工艺及掘进参数等对刀具磨损的影响。
Slurry shield cutter wear is affected by many factors. On the basis of wear basic theory, the paper makes a summary of three stages of slurry shield cutter wear and wear process. Using ABAQUS software to simulate and calculate the wear process, the paper analyzes and calculates the different formation conditions, configuration of cutters, cutter material selection, cutter design and manufacturing process and discuses the impact of the tunneling parameters on the cutter wear etc.
