摘要
广州地铁4号线高架线路采用了桥上小阻力扣件系统无缝线路,小阻力扣件系统由于纵向阻力较小,对无缝线路轨条爬行的约束较小,这在伤损钢轨更换时是需要重点考虑的问题。文章以4号线无缝线路钢轨更换为例,探讨城市轨道交通桥上小阻力扣件系统无缝线路钢轨更换技术。
Viaduct CWR tracks on Guangzhou metro line 4 have small resistance fasteners. Due to the small resistance fastener system has small longitudinal resistance, CWR rail panels have less creeping resistance, so the issue shall be highlighted and taken into consideration when defective rail replacement is needed. Taking CWR rail replacement on metro line 4 as an example, the paper discusses rail replacement technology of CWR with small resistance fasteners on viaduct of urban rail transit.
