摘要
为确保船舶轴系长期安全运转,通过考虑减速齿轮箱齿面间油膜刚度及冰块冲击影响,使轴系扭转振动模型尽可能接近轴系实际运转工况,并基于改进迁移矩阵法对某科学考察船的Z型推进轴系进行扭转振动分析。计算结果表明,该弹性联轴器满足Z型推进系统使用要求。
For a long-term safe operation of vessel shafting, the oil film rigidity of reducing gearboxes and ice impact should be taken into account in order that the shafting torsional vibration model is as close to actual operation condition as possible. The analysis of the torsional vibration of Z type propulsive system for a certain scientific investigation vessel is carried out by the improved transfer matrix method. The calculated results show that the elastic coupling can meet the requirements of Z type propulsive system.
