A Historical Review of the Communist Party of China's Reform Programme

本文首先从立足于社会主义初级阶段这个最大实际,着眼于解决社会主义社会的基本矛盾,基于对中国特色社会主义的科学认识,以及依据对中国和世界经验的正确总结这四个方面,论述了改革纲领提出的依据.接着分率先在农村突破的改革起步阶段（1978～1984）、以城市为重点的全面改革展开阶段（1985～1991）、制度初步建立阶段（1992～2000）、制度趋向完善阶段（2001～2012）和全面深化改革阶段（2013～2020）这五个部分论述了改革纲领发展的历史过程.最后是从社会主义市场经济体制初步建成并趋于完善、改革经验积累以及促进中国社会主义现代化进程、全面建设小康社会和确立中国大国经济地位这些主要方面总结了中国改革的伟大成就.

This essay first elaborates the basis of the Communist Party of China＇ s proposed reform programme,based on the reality of the primary stage of socialism,the focus on the resolution of the basic contradiction of socialist society,the scientific understanding of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the summarization of the reform experience of China and the world. Then it discusses the history of the Communist Patty of China＇ s reform programme in five steps ：the initial reform stage occurred in rural areas first （ 1978 1984） ,the comprehensive reform stage focused on cities （ 1985 1991）, the preliminary reIbrm stage of system establishment （ 1992 2000） ,the perfecting reform system stage （2001 2012） and the comprehensively deepening reform stage （2013 2020）. It ends with the summarization of the great achievements of China＇ s reform,mainly from the establishment and pert）etion of socialist market economy system,the accumulation of reform experience,the promotion of socialist modernization,the comprehensive construction of well-off society and the establishment of China＇ s economy position.
