摘要
通过开展实验室间比对工作,了解各基层实验室检测能力,发现实验室的问题并采取纠正措施,确保检测结果的准确、可靠。样品的均匀稳定性是实验室间比对进行能力验证的基础,文中首先对样品的均匀性和稳定性进行评价,组织16个基层实验室对油田地层水中钙离子、镁离子、氯离子进行比对检测,采用稳健统计技术Z比分数进行结果统计。本次参试实验室总体检测能力较高,部分实验室技术质量水平还有待进一步提高。
Interlaboratory comparison was used to make sure the accuracy and reliability of the laboratories. The uniformity and stability of the sample is the basis for proficiency testing by interlaboratory comparison tests, so we evaluate the uniformity and stability of the sample first, then we organize 16 grassroots laboratories to detect the calcium ion,magnesium ion and chloride ion of oilfield formation water. Finally, robust statistical techniques Z-score method was used to evaluate the results. Some of the participant laboratories have great ability in samples' assaying but the ability of the others should be improved.
