摘要
为了全面了解长北天然气集输管线的内外腐蚀情况、几何形状是否异常和防腐层是否完整,长北项目自2010年起采用内检技术和外检技术,主要指智能清管技术(漏磁检测技术)、多频管中电流法检测技术(PCM)和交流地电位梯度法(ACVG)对长北天然气集输管线进行全面检测,检测结果通过开挖验证法进行了确认,可靠性较高。因此,以检测结果为基础,利用管道缺陷失效压力模型结合ERP曲线和设定防腐层质量等级及百分比对集输管线完整性进行评价,结果表明长北天然气集输管线完整性状况良好,同时对检查出的管道缺陷提出整改措施及建议。
For fully understanding of the internal/external corrosion condition, the pipeline geometry distortion, the integrity of the anticorrosion coating of the gathering/delivering pipeline of Changbei project, the internal inspection technology and external inspection technology were put in use from 2010, which was mainly focus on intelligent pigging technology (Magnetic Flux Leakage detecting technology), multiple frequency current method tube detection technology and AC ground potential gradient method, the inspection result was confirmed to be high reliability through excavation verification. Therefore, based on the inspection result, we assess the pipeline integrity by using the pipeline failure pressure model combined with setting coating quality level, the result shows the gathering/delivering pipeline of Changbei project was in good condition generally, meanwhile we give the proposals and suggestions according to the defection we found during inspection.
