宁夏石化公司化肥装置区一系列脱硫装置在运行过程中出现烟道、出口挡板及烟囱腐蚀、脱硫塔循环喷嘴及浆液管线易堵塞、脱水效果差、运行周期短、脱硫塔漏浆液、旁路密封不严漏烟气等问题,通过新建烟囱、投加脱硫增效剂、增加一台脱水机、循环泵、排浆泵入口管线改造、冲洗脱硫塔、除雾器格栅等措施,调整解决了上述问题,实现了装置达标、安全、稳定、长周期运行。
