摘要
本文的目的是确定食品安全规制强度的增加对生产率产生什么样的影响,利用中国食品工业1993~2011年的面板数据来测量食品工业生产率的变化.首先通过聚类分析识别出食品工业生产率变化的几个阶段与现实中食品规制强度的变化阶段基本相符,然后对食品工业的TFP进行分解来分析规制强度对生产率的影响,最后研究结论发现食品安全规制强度增加可以提高生产率,然而当规制加强到一定程度后,如果继续增加规制的强度,则会使生产效率降低.食品行业生产率随规制强度增加表现为倒U形变化趋势.
The purpose of this paper is to determine which kind of impact on productivity when strengthening the food safety regulation and measuring the changes of food industry productivity with the panel data of Chinese food industry from 1993 to 2011. Firstly, according to cluster analysis,it identifies vatting stages of the food industry productivity which almost matches the vatting stages of reality of Chinese food regulation;Secondly,through the decomposition of TFP in food industry,it analyzis the impact of regulatory intensity on productivity;Finally,the result of this paper proves that the increase of the intensity of food safety regulation can improve productivity. However,when strengthening the regulation to a certain extent and then continuing to increase the intensity of regulation, it will reduce the production efficiency. Thus the productivity of food industry reflects in the regulations' increase of the intensity with an inverted U-shaped trends.
