空间集聚、FDI溢出与中国汽车制造业发展

Spatial Aggregation,FDI Spillover and the Development of China's Automotive Manufacturing Industry——Based on Spatial Panel Data from 2003 to 2008

中国制造业对FDI的空间依赖性已得到越来越多的文献所证实,但大多数文献都忽略了汽车制造业对FDI产业的空间依赖性.本文依据统计数据把中国汽车制造业分为内资汽车制造业和FDI汽车制造业,并以2003～2008年数据分别检验了中国汽车制造业的空间自相关性,同时,用空间面板模型进一步估计了中国汽车制造业的空间相邻效应、集聚效应和FDI汽车制造业的空间溢出效应.结果表明,中国汽车制造业对FDI汽车制造业具有显著的空间依赖性,FDI汽车制造业对内资汽车制造业还具有显著的空间溢出效应,以资产为载体的技术溢出更突出.目前,中国汽车制造业仍处地区竞争态势,还需因势利导,制定分类政策,促进中国汽车制造业集聚发展.

The FDI spatial dependence of China＇s manufactufing industry has been confirmed by more and more researches,but the FDI spatial dependence of automotive manufacturing industry was ignored by most of the literature. In tiffs paper,basedon statistical data,automobile manuacturing industry was divided into domestic automobile manufacturing industry and FDI＇s au-tomobile manufscturing industry ,and the spatial self-correlation intensity was tested,by year data from 2003 to 2008. Meanwhile,spatial agglomeration effect and spatial neighbor effect of the Chinese automobile industry other than spatial spillover effects ofFDI automobile manutseturing industry were analyzed by spatial panel models. The results show that China＇s automobile industryIres a significant spatial dependence on FDI automotive industry ,and FDI＇s automobile manutscturing industry has a strong spa-tial spillover effects to domestic automobile manutscturing industry ,especially space adjacent spillover effects with asset as tarri-er. So far,China＇s manufacturing industry is still regional competitive situations ,which needs to nmke the best use ,set up classifi-cation policy and promote the aggregating development of China＇s automobile industtw.
