多层螺旋CT在先天性心脏病的应用现状 被引量:5

摘要 先天性心脏病属于胚胎发育异常的心血管畸形,其病理改变千差万别,术前诊断对手术治疗尤为重要;多层螺旋CT检查能全面分析疾病,为临床提供重要诊断依据。本文从多层螺旋CT检查复杂CHD的历史进程、检查方法、影像诊断特点、辐射剂量的控制四个方面阐述其应用现状。临床实践表明多层螺旋CT的成像优势适用于复杂CHD的诊断,同时应使用各种技术优化扫描参数,制订个性化检查方案,最大限度地降低受检者的辐射剂量。 Congenital heart disease belongs to abnormal embryonic development of cardiovascular malformation. It has a lot of changes in pathology. So, it is very important to have a preoperative diagnosis before the operation. Multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) can analyze illness comprehensive and provide significant proof for clinic. This article expounded the value and situation of it from the historical process of congenital heart disease, the way of check, the characteristic of diagnostic imaging and radiation dose. Clinical practice shows that the imaging advantage of MSCT apply to diagnose complex congenital heart disease. Meanwhile, we should use all kinds of technology to optimize scanning parameters, plan characteristic medical treatments and maximum lower the subjects' radiation dosage.
