NF-κB信号通路在脑缺血再灌注损伤中的作用及中药有效组(成)分的干预研究 被引量:8

摘要 脑缺血/再灌注损伤(cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,CIRI)是一种机制复杂的级联反应性疾病,在其机制中炎症反应最为关键。核因子-κB(nuclear factor-κappa B,NF-κB)信号通路作为炎症反应的主要环节,通过调节多种细胞因子及下游基因表达启动炎症反应与细胞凋亡。目前研究显示,部分中药有效成分对CIRI具有保护作用,为明确中药有效成分在CIRI中的作用机理,就近年来NF-κB信号通路在CIRI后炎症反应及细胞凋亡方面可能相关作用作一综述。 Cerebral ischemia / reperfusion injury is a complex cascade of disease, the mechanism of inflammation is the key. Nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) signaling pathway as a main link inflammation, through the regulation of a variety of cytokines and the expression of downstream genes activated inflammatory response and apoptosis. The current study shows that the effective components of part traditional Chinese medicine had protective effect on cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. To clear the mechanism of part TCM in cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury, the realated roles of NF-κB pathway in ischemia/reperfusion injury and inflammatory reaction and apoptosis in recent years were reviewed in this paper.
