摘要
目的:观察4种复方抗菌药物对常见细菌的抑菌作用。方法:配制不同浓度梯度的药物溶液,通过药敏纸片法测量药物对细菌的抑菌圈直径来确定该药物的抑菌效果,评价其在实际生产中的应用价值。结果:大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌对浓度为128μg/mL氟苯尼考高敏,大肠杆菌对浓度为64μg/mL氧氟沙星高敏,金黄色葡萄球菌对浓度为256μg/mL盐酸多西环素高敏,大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌对氨苄西林敏感性不高。结论:氟苯尼考、氧氟沙星对大肠杆菌有较好的抑菌作用效果,氟苯尼考、盐酸多西环素对金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的抑制效果。
Objective: To observe the four kinds of compound antimicrobial agents against common bacteria inhibition. Methods: The preparation of the drug solution of different concentration gradient,measured by disk diffusion method of drug susceptibility of bacteria,to determine the inhibition zone diameter of the in-hibitory effect of the drug.To evaluate its application in the actual production value. Results: E. coli and aureus have high sensitivity to florfenicol with the concentration of 128μg/mL;E. coli have high sensitivity to ofloxacin with the concentration of 64μg/mL;aureus have high sensitivity to doxycycline hydrochloride with the concentration of 256μg/mL;E. coli and aureus have low sensitivity to the ampicillin. Conclusions:Florfenicol and ofloxacin have good antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli;florfenicol and doxycycline hydro-chloride have good antibacterial effect on aureus.
