单冠状动脉畸形介入治疗1例 被引量：2

摘要 1临床资料 患者男性，56岁，因“发作性胸骨后疼痛2周”就诊。患者2周前无明显诱因突然发作胸骨后憋闷样疼痛，发病1小时就诊当地医院。查心电图示：Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF导联ST段上抬0.3～0.5 mV、V2～V6导联ST段下移0.1～0.2 mV。原发性高血压史10余年，血压最高达180/100 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133kPa），服硝苯地平缓释片20 mg，2/日，血压130/80 mmHg；吸烟史10年，10支/日；糖尿病史3年，
