摘要
8位华裔诺贝尔科学奖获得者对学科的兴趣和好奇心、坚实的专业积淀和导师言传身教获得的隐含知识、敢于质疑的思维品质等是其创造力生成的内系统,获奖者学习和工作的名校、著名科研机构提供的有利于激发创造力的心理环境为其创造力的生成提供了良好的外系统。
This paper investigates the inner system of Eight Chinese Nobel prize winners whose creativity are generated from their interests and curiosity in their subjects , the solid professional foundation and the implicit knowledge gained from their mentors’ personal example as well as verbal instruction , and the spirit of daring to question . At the same time , the good psychological environment for inspiring creativity provided by the elite schools and outstanding institutions where they study and work constitutes a good outside system for their creativity .
