基于去耦半径理论的电源分配网络去耦方法

摘要 针对高速数字系统设计过程中电源分配网络去耦电容安装位置难以确定,安装方法缺乏标准的问题,提出基于去耦半径理论的电源分配网络去耦方法。该方法解决了去耦电容安装距离的定量计算问题,为工程实践中去耦电容的安装提供了标准参考。验证表明:基于本文提出的去耦方法,高速通信电路板原有谐振被很好抑制,去耦效果显著,该方法对高速数字电路设计具有较高理论指导意义。 It is hard to determine the power distribution network decoupling capacitor installation position in high speed digital system, and installation method is lack of standard. A method based on decoupling radius of the concept of decoupling capacitor installation theory was put forward in this paper, and on this basis, further discussion on the hole placement optimization effect on the integrity of the power supply were made. The method to solve the problem of the quantitative calculation of the decoupling capacitor installation position provided the decoupling capacitor installation engineering practice reference standard. Theory analysis and experiment showed that the effect of the decoupling method was remarkable.
