摘要
癌痛规范化治疗在加强医务人员的培训与继续教育、保证阿片类的合理医疗需求、扭转"成瘾恐惧"的局面等方面仍然面临着挑战;三阶梯止痛治疗是癌痛控制不可或缺的内容,近年来已经显现出一些新的认识和观点。
Standardized treatment of cancer pain still faces challenges on the aspects of the training and continuing education of the strengthened medical staff, the ensured rational medical needs of opiates, and the reversion of the addiction fear. “Three steps analgesic therapy” is essential for cancerpain control, and some new understanding and ideas have been shown in recent years on it.
