早期微创针药并举治疗高血压脑出血的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Early Minimally Invasive Surgery and Acupuncture for Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的研究高血压脑出血早期应用微创手术加术后应用穴位针灸及醒脑开窍活血汤剂相结合的临床效果。方法将114例高血压脑出血行微创手术患者随机分成两组。治疗组(62例)在术后3d^5d内配合床头针灸治疗及口服或鼻饲醒脑开窍活血汤剂治疗。对照组(52例)在术后按西医常规对症治疗14d后应用床头针灸治疗及口服或鼻饲醒脑开窍活血汤剂治疗。治疗4周后观察患者神经功能恢复和日常自理能力以判定疗效。结果治疗组和对照组在治疗过程中均无再出血现象,两组无统计学意义。治疗组神经功能恢复和日常自理能力明显优于对照组。结论早期应用微创手术加术后应用穴位针灸及醒脑开窍活血汤剂相结合的治疗方法可以明显提高神经功能恢复和日常自理能力。

Objective To observe the clinically therapeutic effect of early minimally invasive surgery and acupuncture and tradi-tional Chinese medicine（TCM）for restoring consciousness opening the orifice and activating blood circulation for hypertensive cere-bral hemorrhage （HCH）.Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with HCH treated with minimally invasive surgery were ran-domly divided into two groups after minimally invasive surgery.The treatment group （n=62）was given the western medicine treat-ment,early bed acupuncture treatment and Chinese medicine after 3 days to 5 days of the surgery.The control group（n=52）was giv-en the conventional western medicine treatment,early bed acupuncture treatment and the Chinese medicine after 14 days of the sur-gery.Recovery of neurological function of patients and daily self care ability were observed to determine the efficacy after 4 weeks of treatment.Results Patients in two group had no signs of rebleeding in the course of treatment.Recovery of neurological function of patients and daily self care ability of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion The treatment of early minimally invasive surgert,acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine for restoring consciousness,opening the orifice and ac-tivating blood circulation could improve the recovery of neurological function and daily self case ability in patients with HCH.
