3D技术在脑动脉瘤脑血管造影中的应用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在脑血管造影,特别是脑动脉瘤脑血管造影时3D技术的应用,及其清晰显示动脉瘤载瘤动脉及瘤颈的方法和注意事项。方法回顾分析25例选择性脑动脉造影病例在发现病变后采用3D技术进行脑动脉造影检查。结果 25例中有23例(92%)清晰显示病变与血管的关系,2例(8%)无法清晰显示。结论 3D技术在脑血管造影中的应用,可以清晰显示病变与血管的关系,有助于病变风险性评估、治疗方案选择和确定。
