A Case Study on Work of Information Technology Teachers in Elementary School

在信息时代的今天,作为学生信息技术的"启蒙师",小学信息技术教师理应起着重要的作用,有较高的社会地位。然而,现实并非如此乐观。该研究以小学信息技术教师工作为研究对象,采用个案研究的方法,深入教师的教学一线,根据小学信息技术教师的工作分析框架对其日常工作进行了观察、访谈和实物分析,以鲜活地展示小学信息技术教师的工作现状,总结小学信息技术教师工作存在的突出问题,分析其形成的原因,探讨提高小学信息技术教师工作绩效的建议。

Information technology teachers in elementary school should play an important role, because they are the first teacher of students on IT in information age. They should achieve a higher social status. However, the reality about IT teachers is not so optimistic. This study delves into the routine work of three IT teachers in elementary school through the observations, interviews and object analyses basing on job analysis framework, in order to reveal working status of IT teachers in elementary school and summarize outstanding problems in their work. Then, some suggestions for improving work performance of IT teachers in elementary school are provided.
