催化裂化汽油预加氢催化剂GHC-32的工业应用试验 被引量:2

摘要 开发了一种催化裂化汽油预加氢催化剂并进行了工业应用试验。实验室评价结果表明,GHC-32预加氢催化剂不但具有很好的加氢活性、选择性,同时还具有很好的加工原料适应性。工业应用试验结果表明,在反应温度、反应压力皆低于设计值的情况下,催化裂化汽油的硫醇硫质量分数从21.6μg/g降到2.7μg/g,双烯值从0.64gI/(100g)降到0.20gI/(100g),单烯烃体积分数仅仅降低了0.3百分点,加氢产品的RON没有损失。GHC-32预加氢催化剂在工业试验首次标定中表现出良好的加氢活性和选择性。 A FCC gasoline pre-hydrotreating catalyst GHC-32is developed and commercialized.The calibration results demonstrate that the mercaptans content in FCC gasoline is reduced to 2.7μg/g from 21.6μg/g,the diene value is lowered to 0.20gI/(100g)from 0.64gI/(100g)and the olefin content loss is 0.3%.No octane number loss is observed.The results confirm that the pre-hydrotreating catalyst has advantages of high hydrogenation activity and selectivity in minimizing the hydrogenation of olefins.
