UDH多组元无汞催化剂的制备、表征及其与HgCl_2催化剂的乙炔氢氯化反应活性对比 被引量:1

摘要 在对10L合成釜制取的UDH无汞催化剂及其载体进行物化表征的基础上,将UDH无汞催化剂与工业HgCl2催化剂用于催化乙炔氢氯化反应,进行了单管中试平行对比试验。结果表明:UDH无汞催化剂具有微孔结构,平均孔径为2nm,活性组分平均粒径为4nm左右;UDH无汞催化剂与工业HgCl2催化剂作用下的氯乙烯选择性均大于99%;采用工业HgCl2催化剂时,在反应的前900h内乙炔转化率大于98%,但在之后的700h内乙炔转化率迅速下降,采用UDH无汞催化剂时,在整个反应的1 600h内,乙炔转化率由98%缓慢降至89%,表明UDH无汞催化剂具有更好的稳定性。 The UDH mercury-free catalyst was prepared in a 10Lsynthesis tank and was characterized by ICP-AES,BET,SEM and TEM.The comparison test for acetylene hydrochlorination with an industrial HgCl2catalyst was conducted in a single pipe reactor under the same experimental conditions. The characterization results show that the UDH mercury-free catalyst has a micropore structure,the pore diameter is 2nm,and the particle size of active component is 4nm.The catalytic tests indicate that the VCM selectivity of UDH mercury-free catalyst is more than 99% which equals to that of the industrial HgCl2catalyst.The C2H2conversion of industrial HgCl2catalyst is more than 98%in the first 900 hours,but declines in the following 700hours;while the C2H2conversion of UDH mercury-free catalyst reduced slowly from 98%to 89%in the whole 1 600hours runing,thus the mercury-free catalyst has better stability.
