水煤浆气化废水深度处理中试研究 被引量:12

摘要 采取改进的序批式活性污泥工艺在中国石化金陵分公司对水煤浆气化废水进行深度处理中试研究.在COD和氨氮容积负荷比工业废水处理系统大1.5倍的情况下,进水COD为400~600mg/L、氨氮浓度为200~260mg/L时,经过处理后出水COD低于60 mg/L、氨氮浓度低于15 mg/L、总氮浓度低于20 mg/L,电导率平均值为1 397 μS/cm,比进水的平均值3 102 μS/cm降低了55%.工艺污水和生活污水混兑体积比为1∶1时,电导率平均值为989 μS/cm,处理后出水各项指标均低于炼化企业节水减排考核指标与回用水质控制指标. The wastewater from coal-water slurry gasification in Jinling Petrochemical Branch, SINOPEC was deeply treated on-site by sequencing batch reactor process(SBR)with bio-activated sludge.In the case of volumetric loading of COD and ammonia nitrogen is 1.5times greater than the industrial wastewater treatment system,the treated effluent COD concentration is lower than 60mg/L, and ammonia nitrogen concentration is lower than 15mg/L,and the total nitrogen concentration is lower than 20mg/L,the average conductivity declines to 1 397μS/cm from 3 102μS/cm(55%reduction)when COD of feed is 400~600mg/L and NH3-nitrogen concentration is 200~260mg/L.The average effluent conductivity is 989 μS/cm when the wastewater mixed with life sewage at a ratio of 1∶1was treated.All the properties of the effluent water meet the refinery water-saving assessment indicators and the requirements for the water reuse.
