TD-LTE基站射频单元eNodeB效率测试方法研究

摘要 功率放大器广泛应用于无线射频通信、无线和有线电视广播、雷达等领域。为适应现代通信对功率放大器越来越高的要求,高效率射频功率放大器的研发与设计成为当前射频前端的研究热点,而如何测试功率放大器的效率对于研发选项也是很有必要的。TD-LTE基站系统中射频单元eNodeB实际上也有一个功率放大器,能耗占比非常大,eNodeB的效率越高,越有利于降低能耗和节能减排。 Power Amplifier is widely used in wirelessradio communication, wireless and wired TV broadcast, radar and so on. In order to meet the higher needfor the power amplifier in the modern communication,high efficiency power amplifier study and design become the hotspot. How to test the efficiency of poweramplifier is necessary. TD-LTE base-station containspower amplifier, and the energy consuming ratio isvery high. The higher eNodeB RF efficiency is, thebetter it is to reduce energy consuming.
