摘要 通过分析车联网产业链的构成、相关竞争格局,结合国外电信运营商相关经验,提出了构建以电信运营商为核心的信息资源共享池和应用服务合作伙伴圈的几点发展战略,以实现对产业链上下游资源的整合,为电信运营商创造更高价值。 Through the detailed analysis of telematicsindustry's chain and relevant competition amongstplayers this paper proposes several developmentstrategies for telecom operators, which can help themto take the leading role by constructing the shared information pool, establishing an application platform,and integrating resources of industry chain, to obtainhigher business value.
