通信运营商客户账期分散的实施和效果研究

摘要 固定自然月账期规则下,客户服务需求呈现周期性波动,业务流不均衡,随着客户需求的多样化、个性化,业务流量高峰与有限的业务支撑系统资源的矛盾日益突出,业务量均衡成为运营商市场部门、业务支撑系统部门需要解决的重点与难点问题。分散账期是将原有固定自然月账期打散到全月任一天,削峰填谷,有效解决系统、服务人员忙闲不均的问题,有效提升资源配置的效益。 According to the rule of natural monthbilling cycle, customers' service demand is in cyclicalfluctuations, and business flow is unbalanced. Thecontradiction of business flow peak and the limitedbusiness support system resources is becoming prominent increasingly. Business flow equilibrium is becoming key and difficult problem to be solved formarketing department and business support system department of operators. Decentralized accounting periodenables the customer to choose any day of the monthas the statement date, which contributes to mitigatingtransactions fluctuation, effectively solving the systemservice personnel uneven busy∕idle problems, effectively improving the resource allocation efficiency.
