鞘内注射小剂量舒芬太尼能降低罗哌卡因硬脊膜外腔分娩镇痛的有效浓度 被引量：6

摘要 蛛网膜下腔阻滞联合硬脊膜外腔阻滞麻醉（CSEA）具有起效快、镇痛完善和可持续给药的特点，已成为分娩镇痛常用的方法之一。舒芬太尼是一种脂溶性高、镇痛作用强的μ受体激动剂，其鞘内注射已安全用于分娩镇痛。
